Customer First is the first point of contact for social services in Suffolk. We deal with enquiries and referrals about adults, children and mental health assessments.

If you are unsure if your enquiry is about social care, contact us. We will be happy to assist you if we can, and if we can’t we will point you in the right direction.

Make an online referral

Worried that someone is at risk of abuse, harm or neglect?

Complete an adult safeguarding form

To make a safeguarding referral you will need to use the Adult Care Portal. The first time you complete a form you will be asked to create a new portal account. It’s easy to register for an account, and means the information you send to us is secure

Outside these hours this number will divert to the Emergency Duty Service who can deal with any matters that cannot wait until the next working day.
