If you love cycling you will find information about town and county cycle routes and safety on the road on the Suffolk County Council website

If you are new to cycling there are local cycle clubs that you can join.

The Green Bike Project refurbishes unwanted cycles and uses them for a variety of community uses including selling them at affordable prices, hire, pool bike schemes for local businesses and an exercise on referral scheme.

Living Streets has suggestions on walking and finding your way around. Walking has great health benefits and can save money if you can take short journeys on foot rather than in the car.

Public toilets when you are out

Most public toilets are provided by Borough and District Councils:

The Radar National Key Scheme offers disabled people access to locked public toilets in shopping centres, pubs, caf├ęs, department stores, bus and train stations and many other locations in most parts of the country.
