Redgrave and Lopham Fen Nature Reserve, Suffolk Wildlife Trust (SWT)
Redgrave and Lopham Fen, National Nature Reserve, is the largest remaining lowland valley fen in England. It is home to abundant wildflowers, birds, mamals and invertebrates, including the rare Fen Raft Spider.
There are waymarked trails and dogs are permitted on leads. There is a pinic area available for people to bring along their own refreshments.
The Centre is opened for educational events. There are regular events including, an annual Plant Sale, Apple Day and Photographic Exhibition.
In the school holidays there are activity events for children. We offer an extensive range of programmes for school visits. The Centre is available for hire mid week.
We have a strong volunteer team and always welcome new volunteers.
