Forever Fit Exercise Class in Stowmarket
The Living Well classes, which are held at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre in Stowmarket, are aimed at people who are 60+. Dementia-Friendly
The sessions have been designed by experienced instructor Bob Halls, providing exercises which can be enjoyed either as chair-based or standing.
Included is time for socialising and a fun element to the session too.
