Our Services
Trauma & Abuse Therapy is a flexible method adapted to individual needs. It consists of thorough effective techniques to bring about lasting change without the need of recalling traumatic incidents. This type of therapy is needed when a person has suffered from any trauma from childhood to adulthood. If you triggered back to any traumatic incidents such as: Childhood abuse, sexual. Emotional. Mental, neglect, or domestic abuse. If you feel overwhelmed and unable to take responsibility as an adult, and this keeps happening, then this could be the therapy needed.
Caring Dads – This programme aims to help fathers improve their relationship with their children and to end controlling abusive and neglectful relationships. Freedom Programme is a 12 week programme open to any women who are affected by the impact of an abusive relationship, whether they are still with the abusive partner or have left.
