Open Space, Ipswich Library

logo

Open Space is a relaxed group where you can meet new people, have a chat, make new friends, or just listen in with word puzzles and colouring if you would prefer! The group is supported through a partnership between Suffolk Libraries, Julian Support and the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. It’s free to attend, you are welcome to come and go as you please, and there is a free cuppa and a biscuit too.

We have a timetable of discussion topics which are great if you are interested in having a friendly chat about wellbeing, or you can just sit and chat about your day if you would prefer — there is no pressure to take part. Sometimes the group also take walks or trips (something which we are hoping to do more of in the future!) and sometimes we take part in activities in the library, such as arts and crafts.

If you are interested in attending, please do just come along and see us.
