Support for people with disabilities
- Experience of including people with special educational needs and disabilities
Staff have been trained in Makaton signing and PECS training, we have also undertaken training skills for medical conditions relating to each individual child that needs extra care.
There are no steps in our building which makes it wheelchair friendly and easily accessible to all.
We are committed to meeting the needs of all children with additional needs, which we do so by seeking information, advice and assistance from the Local Authority and outside professionals when needed.
We have 2 members of staff who are SEND trained.
