Leading Lives Short Break Service - Lowestoft
Framework provider of day, evening and weekend activities for people with learning disabilities and autism
John Turner House in Lowestoft is a purpose built respite home for adults with learning disabilities, and is well-equipped and professionally staffed to ensure all needs are met.
There are seven individually designed bedrooms, all with their own TV’s and free access to Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms have ceiling track hoists and we have rise and fall baths to enable us to accommodate people with complex needs. We have two very attractive and comfortable lounges, a conservatory and sensory room.
The safe, supported environment enables customers to make their own choices about what they want to do and activities they would like to take part in – from the varied daytime activities at the community hub which is in the same grounds, to exploring the many local seaside attractions with a friendly and caring support worker.
Leading Lives provides a range of high-quality respite care and short break options in Suffolk for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, as well as the elderly and people with dementia.
