I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor with  over 18 years qualified experience within the field of counselling and  supervision. 

I can engage in both short and long term counselling to suit your therapeutic needs.

My experience includes working with emotional wellbeing issues such as:Anger, ADHD, Loss, Stress, LGBT, Divorce, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Low Self Esteem, Relationship Issues, Work related problems, and Addiction problems. 

I am qualified to work remotely but also work face to face in the Waveney area.  I provide Clinical Supervision to fellow Counsellors,Youth teams, Pastoral Support & Teaching staff.

My training includes many different approaches in counselling, which includes Psychodynamic, Person Centred, CBT and Solution Focused Counselling, and as an Accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists I am duty bound to work within an ethical framework, providing total confidentiality and safety.
