The May Centre

The May Centre is a Day Centre for adults with a range of disabilities. It meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-3pm and on the first Sunday of the month from 2-4pm. Transport is provided if required. Activities include painting, bowls, outings, occasional meals, speakers, crafts, bingo and entertainment.

The May Centre Bus: The May Centre bus is fully equipped with a lift and picks up members in the morning and returns them to their homes at the end of the day. There is also a car service for nearby villages.

The May Centre is run entirely by volunteers. They are unable to provide personal care. The centre is funded entirely by donations, fundraising events, bequests and occasional grants for specific projects.
