Women-Like-Me - Positive Well-Being support for Women
Our aim is to build on your positive well-being to help prevent mental health decline.
We have 3 allotments - Lowestoft - Beccles and Southwold, where Women can come along to participate in a Well-Being Workout or just sit to take time out for themselves.
We run a project called Garden Angels - Women volunteer in their local communities to tidy other womens gardens, we have also worked in care homes and schools. Its a great way to spend time outdoors helping others be able to enjoy their open spaces. These sessions take place when needed.
You can offer your time on a regular basis OR sign up to be a Garden Angel in the wings, where you offer your time on a monthly basis (this is ideal for women working full-time)
We also run a Women only Walking group. Weekly walks across Waveney. Well behaved dogs are permitted. You will need to register by contacting us via e-mail or website.
We have -and can again- offer you a range of services such as fun workshops. We are always happy to discuss other workshops you think we could facilitate, so please do get in touch
- Together we can Learn Laugh & Grow
Our services have been built by and for Women, so if you have an idea or need please get in touch and tell us what you want us to do - And together we can help ourselves!
