PASTEL Cooking Club

The PASTEL Cooking Club is a service aimed at reducing social isolation for those adults with additional needs eg adults with learning disabilities as well as those who are living alone and / or feeling anxious or depressed. 

The PASTEL Cooking Club will be a place to come and relax in a warm and welcoming setting. Topics covered include food hygiene and preparation alongside simple cooking of hors d'oeuvres, various breads and pastas as well as cakes and salads in the summer .The cooking will be as a small friendly and sociable group - learning life skills and making friends at the same time.

Each session will includes socialising and includes the meal.
