PASTEL Wellbeing Club

The inclusive PASTEL Wellbeing Club is aimed at reducing social isolation and improve wellbeing for those adults with additional needs eg adults with learning disabilities as well as those who are living alone and / or feeling anxious or depressed.Each session includes a mix of socialising, group singing, music and and some gentle Chi Gung chair exercises.

This social group is all about joining with others to relax, exercise your mind, body and lungs and gain that feel good factor.

The PASTEL Wellbeing Club aims to relieve stress, foster self-expression and promote happiness.
