Inking About Africa

Inking About Africa is a Suffolk based non-profit charity registered with HMRC.

Recycling empty ink cartridges and old mobile phones, the charity helps support early child education in The Gambia.

Inking About Africa's aim is to provide the children of Gambia with the best educational start in life by recycling every day items that would normally end up in UK landfills.

There are several ways to recycle with Inking About Africa, including freepost envelopes, boxes and local collection points around Suffolk. There are currently collections bins at the following locations: Stowmarket Tourist Information Centre, Solar superstore in Combs Ford, Elite Results Gym in Needham Market, Mid Suffolk District Council in Needham Market.

The main way to donate used cartridges and old mobile phones is via the Freepost service, which is very easy to use. Please visit the website to request your Freepost envelopes or for larger quantities of cartridges there are 2 different size boxes available which are delivered and collected via a courier service free of charge.
