Notes

The Taoist Tai Chi Society of Great Britain is a charity registered in England & Wales (1053425) and in Scotland (SC039513).

Our form of Tai Chi is specifically designed to improve health.

The turning and stretching in each of the movements contributes to better balance and posture, increased strength and flexibility, calmness and peace of mind.

We offer specialized workshops and classes for people with chronic illnesses or those recovering from injuries. These arts have proven very effective in aiding and speeding recovery following illness and surgery and can be adapted for people with reduced mobility.

We’ve found most people can practise Taoist Tai Chi™ arts and that many conditions have shown to improve with regular practice.
