We understand it can be confusing to know who to contact if you have a question about the provision being made for your child. This page gives telephone numbers and email addresses for each team. You can also click on the titles to find out more information about what each team does.

If you need details for a different team, contact us on localoffer@suffolk.gov.uk or 0345 606 1490 and we will do our best to help put you in touch.

Early Help

The Early Help Service is made up of teams of practitioners who work with families who have unmet needs which aren’t being met by other support.

If you feel your child needs extra help because they have some unmet needs, you can choose to begin a common assessment framework, often referred to as a CAF. You can find out more about Early Help and the CAF process here.
