Funded early education / childcare places ages
Any child, no matter their family's circumstances, is entitled to receive funded early education from the term after their third birthday until they start school full time.
All children will get up to 15 hours of funded early education per week for 38 weeks of the year, some working parents will be entitled to 30 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year for their three or four year old.
Funded early education for 2 year olds is offered to families meeting certain criteria.
