Young Person's SEND Survey 2023

Help us get the views of children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities.

Suffolk County Council is repeating the SEND CYP survey to empower children and young people with special educational needs, to share their experiences.  As part of the SEND Strategy, we need to hear how the services that young people access impact on their lives and the choices they make about their futures.

All responses are anonymous and there is the incentive of a free prize draw.

Other version of this survey, including easy read, are available on request.

Do you need help to run the survey at your setting?

Staff from the Engagement Hub are available (subject to capacity) to come into education settings and support you to run sessions, during which pupils can complete the survey (treats provided).
