Accessibility out and about

Many venues offer special rates to older people or people with disabilities.

AccessAble have guides on venues across Suffolk. They show disabled and access features in easy to understand icons.

The CEA Card is a national card scheme developed for UK cinemas by the UK Cinema Association. The Card is also one way for cinemas to make sure they look after their disabled guests. If you require an adjustment to visit a cinema because of your disability, cinema staff should make them for you whether you have a CEA Card or not

Shopmobility lets you borrow a wheelchair or scooter, to help you browse the shops.

Avenues East offer a lifestyle service letting people of all ages with a disability take part in activities to improve health, social skills, and independence.
