Men Can Talk - Suffolk Libraries social groups

Suffolk Libraries now offer "Men Can Talk" social groups open to men of all ages and backgrounds. These sessions provide a relaxed and non-judgemental environment for men to discuss mental health and wellbeing and find peer support.

Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to come along.
Attendees don't have to share their experiences and thoughts unless they want to.
