Free Parent and Carer Wellbeing Workshops Coming in June and July

These free virtual workshops (via Zoom), are hosted by the Psychology in Schools Team from Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) which are a team of clinical psychologists and senior psychotherapists from specialist mental health services.
The workshops are designed to provide up to date advice and guidance on how parents and carers can support the young people in their life.
The workshops are live and 60 minutes long. They will be recorded so anyone unable to attend can still access the content.
