Community and School Age Immunisation Service; East Anglia and Essex

NHS England and NHS Improvement – East of England is responsible for commissioning (buying and managing) Community and School Age Immunisation Services across East Anglia and Essex.

There are two current providers of Community and School Age Immunisation Services across East Anglia and Essex, which covers Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, Norfolk and Essex.  The current services are delivered within both schools and in community settings.  NHS England and NHS Improvement – East of England is currently reviewing the existing services.

As part of this review, NHS England and NHS Improvement – East of England would like to take the opportunity to seek the views from both service users and representatives of the service users who access these services, about current service provision and what future services should look like.  The information requested in the survey, the link to which is will be used to help with the future development of Community and School Age Immunisation Service.  The closing date for the survey is 31 August 2019.
