The Ansell Centre Charity (ACC) runs activities for people living in the Hadleigh area. These include a digital cinema, two monthly lunch clubs and a weekly drop-in cafe for people who would benefit from company and conversation including those living with dementia and their carers. These activities take place in the Ansell Centre which is owned and managed by the United Reformed Church (URC). The Ansell Centre and other rooms at the URC are let out to a number of clubs and community groups.
Groups running at the Centre include yoga, lip reading, majorettes, craft, U3A, Leading Lives, Choral Society, Community Choir, Disability Advice Bureau, Karate, Folk and Acoustic Music Nights and Citizens Advice Bureau.
