A range of therapies is on offer, together with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Working together like a co-operative, we look to provide the time and compassion for treating each individual as a whole. We aim to bring about a sense of focus, balance and self-worth, enabling a return to health and well-being.

As therapists, we work together as a team, understanding and supporting each other’s work, exchanging ideas and treatments. In this way we are able to know and recommend our colleagues and advise our clients on the approach which will suit them best. Knowing which therapy may be the most suitable can sometimes be confusing and with this in mind our therapists are happy to take the time to guide clients toward the most appropriate treatment.
