EPIC Dad Community Interest Company

We are a Community Interest Company with a focus on supporting fathers, father figures, and families.  The letters of E.P.I.C. stand for Encourager, Provider, Instructor, and Carer, - 4 important roles of a father or father figure we want to celebrate and encourage within families and communities.

Regular Groups

EPIC Dad Playtime (Play group for dads and male carers with pre-school children including soft play, toys, crafts, and snacks)

First Friday of the Month at 10am to 11:30am at West Suffolk Vineyard Church, 28 Northern Way, Bury St Edmunds, IP32 6NL

EPIC Dad Fun Club (Dads and children’s club for dads, male carers, and children of all ages including games, toys, crafts, sports, and refreshments)

Last Saturday of the Month at 10am to 12noon at Lakenheath Community Primary School, Mill Road, Lakenheath, IP27 9DU (Access through the side door next to the staff car park)

Forthcoming Dates: Saturday 30th September, Saturday 28th October, Saturday 25th November (Family Christmas Party)

 

EPIC Dad Lego Club (Lego activities for parents, carers, and children of all ages)

Last Tuesday of the Month at 3:30 to 5pm (Newmarket Library, 1A The Guineas, Newmarket, CB8 8EQ)

EPIC Dad Badminton Club (Badminton for dads and male carers / Children also welcome to attend with their dad)

EPIC Dad Fatherhood Explored Workshop (Zoom)

We are running our one-off fatherhood workshop over Zoom when we explore together the EPIC roles of a Father (Encourager, Provider, Instructor, Carer). The session is on Monday 6^th November at 6:30 to 8pm.

EPIC Dad Family Connection Course (Zoom)

Our brand new 4-Part Family Connection Course over Zoom for fathers and father figures. We will be looking at the importance of active listening, positive communication, making memories, and leaving a legacy in the lives of our family. Running on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 to 8pm (Dates – Tuesday 21st November, Tuesday 28th November, Tuesday 5th December, and Tuesday 12th December).
