Currently working with schools and colleges across Suffolk, including Special Schools and Pupil Referral Units, we deliver a full range of careers guidance services to support students of all aptitudes and abilities, from independent and innovative approaches to personal guidance, to full careers programme leadership, and including our popular "Build My Future" workshops.
As an approved provider for The Careers & Enterprise Company, our workshops are designed to inspire and motivate your students, providing valuable employer encounters and developing employability and entrepreneurial skills for a fast changing world. These include Ignite Your Genius and Genius Plus, with our unique profiling tool to ignite the genius in your students. Also Enterprise Incubator and Young Entrepreneur, providing employer engagement and developing students' employability, enterprise and entrepreneurial skills.
We have designed for SEND students our Mock Interview Project, a CDI National Award winner in the Special School Category in 2018 and also featuring in national guidance for employer engagement with post 16 learners studying below L2. All of our services are tailored to your exact need and budget, helping your school to deliver excellence across all 8 Gatsby Benchmarks, supported by a qualified careers guidance professional from our excellent team.

All Together is a matrix Standard organisation with a proven track record of achieving excellence across all 8 of the Gatsby Benchmarks, including the achievement of GOLD level 'quality in careers standard' in a Suffolk school this year (2018). All Together delivers programmes in mainstream, special schools and pupil referral units to bring education and employment spaces closer together, and to better prepare young people for a changing world which brings both challenges and opportunities.

We currently provide a range of careers guidance services to Special Schools in Suffolk, including personal guidance for students, consultancy and support in the design and delivery of wider careers programmes and tailored workshops.
Our Mock Interview Project has been recognised in national guidance published by the Education and Training Foundation, for employer engagement with post 16 learners studying below L2. The programme also features in All Together's wider programme offer to the Ipswich Opportunity Area as an approved provider of The Careers & Enterprise Company.
