We work with the strengths of people with mental health difficulties, to help them lead an independent life of their choice. 

Our services includes a range of supported housing and community outreach support in Ipswich, West Suffolk and Norfolk, available to people in receipt of secondary mental health services or within the criminal justice system. In West Suffolk we also provide a planned short stay service and a short stay emergency bed .

We support people to recognise and build on the strengths they already have and to eliminate barriers that impact on their mental health. Social factors such as unaffordable housing, homelessness, living on a low income and feeling isolated from the community can all be major barriers to recovery.

We work with people to develop a support plan based on their own priorities and goals which ensures that the service provided is personal and appropriate to their needs.

Our expertise and commitment to best practice, helps to promote recovery, independence and social inclusion. 

Most of our services are for adults with mental health issues, except for our Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion service which is for people aged 10 and upwards with a vulnerability.
