I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist, with a BSc in Psychology, Hypnotherapy Diploma, Certificates in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Counselling, plus a strong interest in how Nutrition affects our brain, body and behaviour.
