Latitude Training - First Aid Training

We are based in Bury St Edmunds and provide the full range of first aid, fire safety, manual handling and mental health awareness courses. We can deliver these courses at your venue, to all businesses with particular experience in school's, nurseries, GP surgeries, sports and healthcare.

We are focused on effective training where all course delgates leave feeling enthusiastic and confident.

We often deliver courses to school's in Suffolk, and later visit to provide free awareness courses to the children called Little Medics where they are awarded a certificate at the end. Every October we train 150 children in 3 schools as part of a national campaign 'Restart a heart day'

We also are approved to deliver (RQF) regulated Mental Health Awareness courses, ideal for the employer or the individual interested a aspect that affects everyone in todays society.

We are a regulated training organisation who can provide OFQUAL qualifications.
