1st Stowmarket Rainbows
We follow the Girlguiding programme, which has six areas called themes they consist of Know myself, Express myself, Be Well, Have adventures, Take action and Skills for my future. The unit is for Girls aged 4 -7 years, who participate in activities and various skills/crafts to earn badges under each section. Girls can also gain Bronze Silver and Gold awards.
We have a thorough risk assessmet one annually/termly/weekly. All activities are risk assessed to be inclusive of individuals needs and follow offical guidelines.
We meet indoors at the Stowmarket scout centre using the recommendations from them also from the National Youth Organisation and Girlguiding UK.

Sandra the leader has a BA Hons in Early Childhood studies and all helpers have safe space training and cover basic first Aid.
