Dance Club - HIAM Sports and Social Club

HIAM Sports and Social Club is a friendly social club with a superb dance floor, a licensed bar, level access, free Wifi, and free parking. HIAM holds regular dances with live music, all year round: Ballroom & Sequence both Evening and TEA dances, Country Line dances, Line dance discos & classes and Rock 'n'Roll nights, as well as bingo, dominoes, bowls cribbage and other activities. The spacious hall is also available to hire, for meetings, talks, seminars, parties, wedding and christening celebrations and the like.

As of 1st September 2020, Hiam is still unable to open due to Covied-19 rules.

We are really sorry about this, but we would like you to know that we will be ready to open as soon as the rules allow, and to resume all our activities, subject to any legal requirements.

Admission prices vary according to the type of event and are different for members and non-members. See HIAM website for details Entry prices at June 2018: Tea dances £6.00 (£4.50 members). Ballroom & Sequence evening dances £7.00 (£5.50 members). Country Line Dances & Rock'n'Roll £8.00 (£6.50 members). Regular dances with live music: Country Line dance, Rock'n'Roll, Ballroom & Sequence Tea and evening dances. For the vast majority of events no booking is required - just pay at the door.
