Victoria Pre-School

Pre-School Playgroup

We are an Early Years setting whose team of qualified childcare practitioners provide a stimulating learning environment for children aged 2-5 years. We provide opportunities for all children, regardless of ability and development, to reach their full potentional as individuals as well as encouraging interaction as part of a group. We are a play based environment, aiming to encourage learning through play and development and building on the interests of the child. Victoria Pre-School offers a safe and stimulating environment for all children and we have wheelchair access indoors and out and staff trained in Special Educational Needs.

We ensure all our children and staff are safeguarded and staff hold enhanced DBS checks that are updated and monitored regularly. To provide the best care for the children we encourage multi-agency working and work alongside other professionals to continuously improve our practice.

We provide weekly activity plans, following the EYFS, that provide children with the chance to explore new things and learn in different ways. These plans are available to the parents and we encourage close working with our parents and strive to develop good parent-practitioner partnerships.

Our opening times are:  Mon-Fri AM- 8.40- 11.40

                                   Mon-Fri PM- 12.40-3.40

We offer a lunchtime provision for those wishing to use this service.
