SHIMS - Suffolk Help in Multiple Sclerosis

SHIMS is a local charity - a self-help support group for people who have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) living in the Ipswich area.
Weekly meetings are held with Physiotherapy, Relaxation class and Holistic Therapy session provided. This is also an opportunity for meeting and discussing issues with other members of the group - our MS Family.

- Annual membership £10, weekly cost £3, transport (if required) £4 We will subsidize travel costs for members where necessary. We also provide Holistic therapy at a cost of £3
