Childminder

My name is Jo. I am 39 years old and live with my two boys, aged 12 and 11 years and my daughter who is 5 years old. We live in a quiet part of Framlingham. We have a pet cat. I offer a safe, happy family environment in a comfortable welcoming home. I have a wide range of activities planned to suit all ages including painting, play-dough, models and card marking etc. Toys and games are always available. These include mega blocks, a dolls house, play kitchen, play workbench, cars, dressing up, farm yard, train and many more. I also offer plenty of encouragement with children’s reading and writing and will liaise with parents/carers on a regular basis. I like to encourage outdoor play. We have a garden with many outdoor activities. our house had a park and field which backs onto our garden. We have a park within walking distance and also many toddler groups and a music group which will be attended regularly. Throughout school holidays we will take part in trips out including local parks, beaches and woodland walks. I feel childminding is a very rewarding profession offering me the opportunity to help each child grow and explore their potential. I offer a safe and caring environment and actively engage with each child and parent to make them feel welcome, safe and confident.
