Mobility Aids Loan Service - Newmarket

When the Red Cross closed its doors in Newmarket a small group of volunteers from Christchurch decided to continue the provision of mobility aids equipment and moved to Christchurch Methodist & URC which is close to the Market Square car park. A large variety of equipment is available to loan, and some can be purchased.
Please ring to enquire and leave a message if out of hours. Someone will get back to you. A warm welcome and support offered.
Back rests, Bath seats and boards, Bed cradle, Bed over table, Commodes, Crutches, Leg raisers, Perching stools, Raised toilet seats, Shower stools, Toilet surround frame, Walking frames/sticks, Wheelchairs: transit/self propelled, seat sizes 13" to 22". Availability of equipment varies.
We request a deposit which can be returned to you on return of the equipment or donated to the mobility aids service if you wish.
