Girlguiding UK

We empower nearly half a million girls to be their best and face the challenges of growing up today. We’ve been doing that through adventure, friendship and fun for over 100 years.

Rainbows: For ages 5 to 7 years. Through taking part in a range of different activities with girls their own age, Rainbows develop self-confidence and make lots of new friends. 

Brownies: For ages 7 to 10 years. Brownies get together with their friends at regular meetings where they learn new hobbies, get creative, explore other cultures and have outdoor adventures.

Guides: For ages 10 to 14 years. What you do in Guides is up to you, from taking part in lots of exciting activities at regular meetings to special events and trips away.

Rangers: For ages 14 to 18 years. In Rangers you'll follow our programme of interest badges, skills builders and awards. You'll take part in amazing challenges, travel the world and develop skills across our six themes.

Girlguiding Inspire: For ages 18-30 years. Be part of a community of young women choosing their own path. Whether you’re looking for adventure, to travel the world, build your skills or simply have fun with new friends, there’s a place in Girlguiding for you.
