Support for people with disabilities

Experience of including people with special educational needs and disabilities

Our named SENDCO is Eileen Wardlaw. The SENDCO supports staff in writing IEP's, carrying out the targets and helping staff to identify and support the needs of children. We use an inclusive approach to SEND, incorporating all children into the room. This can mean a variety of different things to different children, including adapting our room and routines where needed.
