Halesworth Dementia Support Project

The Halesworth Dementia Support Project aims to enhance the quality of life of people living with dementia and their carers in the Halesworth area by providing:

  • A specialist Dementia Support Worker
  • Access to support and social groups
  • Information provision
  • Practical and emotional support.

Halesworth Carers group

The second Tuesday of each month from 10.15am – 11.45am at the Garden Room, Patrick Stead Hospital, Bungay Road, Halesworth IP19 8HP
