These almshouses are provided for people over 60 who require sheltered housing in Ipswich. All prospective residents are interviewed by the Trustees. There is warden support on site in addition to an alarm / on call system. The accommodation is provided for single people and couples in studio flats, one bed and 2 bed flats. Referral route: Social Care Department, Housing Department or self referral.
