General Details

At Play2day Nursery we care for children from birth to five years and offer flexible sessions to suit the needs of a variety of childcare requirements.

Children can attend for morning/afternoon sessions or a full day (8am-6pm) which would include breakfast, lunch and a light tea. We also offer a nursery day from 9am to 4pm to cater for those requiring childcare which fits around school hours. In addition we offer early bird session from 7.30am and can care for children up to 6.30pm should there be a need.

We are open 51 weeks per year; closing only for weekends, Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Our named SENDCO is Charlotte Davidson, with Shannon Arnold assisting in SEND as a deputy. The SENDCO supports staff in writing IEP's, carrying out the targets and helping staff to identify and support the needs of children. We use an inclusive approach to SEND, incorporating all children into the room. This can mean a variety of different things to different children, including adapting our room and routines where needed.
