Mistley Place Park is a sanctuary that receives no funding from outside organisations and relies totally on income from the tearooms and visitors to the park, along with donations from the public.
Here at Mistley Place Park, we have over 2,000 rescued animals at any one time and the numbers continue to increase. Those currently being looked after include:
owls, goats, sheep, ducks, guinea pigs, dogs, chickens, cats, horses, pigs, rabbits, plus the occasional peacock!
The sanctuary is set in 25 acres of natural parkland.
Although the animal park is currently closed to visitors, our Tearooms remain OPEN as normal, serving delicious snacks and meals;
Wednesday-Sunday = Open 10am, closing @ 4pm daily,
and on Fish&Chip Fridays' closing @ 7pm (last orders 6.45pm)
