A Black and Asian family Covid-19 helpline and webchat facility has been set up by Barnardo’s, encouraging children, young people and families who have been impacted by Covid-19 to speak about their worries and stresses. It provides therapeutic support, as well as signposting to other organisations who can provide further help.

Our staff can talk to you in English, Urdu or Hindi.

We can usually help if:

you are over the age of 11,
you are from Black and Asian communities,

We won’t judge you or blame you, whatever you are going through.
