We have experienced staff and a key person system. * ECAT Setting * Purpose built playcentre * Free access outdoor play * Close relationship with local school

We take children to Bacton Primary School after Breakfast Club and collect from the school at the end of the day for After School (we are also able to collect from school clubs when they finish or take to later clubs taking place at the school.)

Our purpose built Playcentre offers a great environment - with a room dedicated to the over 8 age range to meet their own needs as our 'older' children.  Crafts, games, books, dvd's, outdoor play available at each session.

Costs per day vary depending on how long your child attends any of the groups. We offer a range of cereals and toast for Breakfast at and additional cost (served before 8:30am) We also offer a light two course tea option served at 4:15-4:30pm for an additional cost Daily consumables charge applies to all children attending our setting of £1.25p per child per day.

Support for people with disabilities

Experience of including people with special educational needs and disabilities

At Bacton Under Fives we provide an all inclusive service to all our families throughout all our groups. The Playcentre is a purpose built setting designed to accommodate all needs with facilities for children and adults with varying disabilities.  

We currently have two members of staff who have completed full SENDCO training. All staff within the setting are trained in accordance with EYFS standards regarding Safeguarding and First Aid. We have a designated Safeguarding Officer.  All staff have also completed Levels 1-4 Makaton training.

Staff have had experience in caring for the individual needs of children 0-14 years including such disabilities as: cerebral palsy, Down's Syndrome, deafness, severe dietary requirements for example
