Workforce Development
Workforce Development are a Suffolk County Council service to develop people working within adult and children’s services. We work with our staff and partner agencies collaboratively to support a culture of learning and development for those staff supporting children, young people, adults and their families who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disability (SEND).
This collaborative working includes:
