Perfect for anyone wanting to tone, burn fat and improve their fitness.
Lead by a Personal Trainer, sessions start with a power walk and run to raise your heart rates followed by some dynamic stretches and bodyweight movements to improve your flexibility. We use a variety of equipment to tone and help improve your strength and fitness. Our workouts vary from circuit training, to boxing to a timed cross fit style session. We finish off with a cool down and stretch in the open fresh air! The PT is on hand to answer any nutrition and exercise questions as well helping you to meet new people or have fun with friends.
All classes help to restore body confidence, self esteem and fitness whilst having fun in the fresh outdoors.
