Quakers Bury St Edmunds
Quakers (The Religious Society of Friends) is a religious organisation, which is rooted in Christianity but also open to new light.
Quakers believe that there is something of God in each person. There is no Quaker creed – it is an evolving faith that values practice more highly than dogma. Four current concerns that Quakers strive to respond to in their practice are truth, equality, simplicity and peace.
We meet for silent worship on Sunday mornings at 10.30 and on Tuesdays at 1.00pm. All are welcome.
We also have The Good Read Group - Tuesdays 14.30-16.00
