Burgess House in Ipswich provides respite short breaks for adults with learning disabilities, and is well-equipped and professionally staffed to ensure all needs are met.
All the bedrooms have individual themes and guests can choose which room they would like to stay in (subject to availability) and are equipped with a TV and DVD player, safe and mini-fridge.
Our lounge and dining areas are comfortable and stylish and allows social opportunities as well as the chance to get away from it all in the relaxing and tranquil gardens which also includes a games room and sensory room.
The safe, supported environment enables customers to make their own choices about what they want to do and activities they would like to take part in – from the varied daytime activities at the local community hub, to exploring the local attractions with a friendly and caring support worker.
Leading Lives provides a range of high-quality respite care and short break options in Suffolk for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, as well as the elderly, infirm and people with dementia.
