Norfolk and Waveney Mind (Young People in Mind)

We are a mental health charity delivering services across Waveney.

We support adults, carers, young people, volunteers and BME communities. 

Our 'Young People in Mind' Service offers emotional support for young people aged 14 - 25 years. We support mental health conditions, such as, anxiety, low mood, self harm, emotional difficulties around food/body image, anger, issues with communication skills, relationship difficulties, and coping with traumatic events.

We offer 1-2-1 support, social groups, activities, and workshops. Please visit our website for more information about our service.
