- Notes
Abbeyfield House is a purpose built house with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
It has 10 rooms and 1 flat offering each resident private accommodation with en suite-facilities. Residents are provided with 2 home cooked meals a day and are encouraged to get together for coffee each morning and take part in organised trips/outings and activities.
Abbeyfield helps residents to keep their independance while being there to support and encourage them when it is needed.
We are situated in the market town of Beccles which lies on the River Waveney. The house is only a 5/6 minute walk to the Quay. There is a bus stop outside the house that can take you in to town, to Bungay, Lowestoft, Norwich, Southwold or other nearby places.
The town has a Market day on a Friday in the town centre and still hold an annual carnival.
