Dementia Connect is a personalised dementia support and advice service for anyone affected by dementia. Our team works with a wide variety of people, including people worried about their memory, people with dementia, carers and family members. Through Dementia Connect our expert dementia advisers will listen, help with all your dementia-related questions, and connect you to the support you need, from local help to phone and online advice. Across East and West Suffolk Alzheimer’s Society is working in partnership with Suffolk Family Carers, who can undertake carer's assessments and carer's emergency plans. We’ll keep in touch to make sure you keep getting the support you need. Calls are charged at standard local rate.
